What is the Eating Freely Programme

Eating Freely is a comprehensive programme which combines counselling and nutritional therapy to effectively separate food from your feelings, and allow you to deal with both, separately and effectively.

As a qualified nutritional lifestyle coach I help people make the positive changes they want to see in their health and wellbeing. As a multi-skilled life and workplace coach I specialise in life transitions, anxiety, disordered eating, finding your purpose and creating your ideal happy life at home or work. With my years of experience, I support people who are ready to make the positive changes they want to see in their life.

On this programme, you will learn to:

REDUCE: episodes of Bingeing and Emotional Eating

REHABILITATE: your gut and health through Nutritional Therapy

RESET: your brain by teaching you how to break Autopilots and Habit Loops

RE-PROGRAMME: that negative critical voice in your head to be kinder

You will have 12 sessions with me, which are 50 minutes long

We will start weekly and go to fortnightly later on. During these sessions we will cover:

1. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Practical tools for reducing episodes of emotional and binge-eating.

2. Nutritional Rehabilitation

Separating the past from the present. This deeper work will help you disentangle your food from your feelings and begin to resolve whatever past experiences you had that ‘taught’ you how to self-soothe with food.

3. Neuroscience

The Neuroscience of eating, and the good news is, it is not you or your willpower, it is your BRAIN that makes you binge eat! When you understand the Autopilot and Habit Loops in your brain, then you can break those cycles.

4. Mindfulness

Mindfulness and self-compassion exercises to dial down that inner critical voice in your head.

5. Personalised Plan

You will also have 2 sessions with an Eating Freely Nutritional Therapist to give you your personalised Gut Rehabilitation and Eating Freely For Life plan.

The Hybrid programme offers an online option for 12 weeks, self directed with 4 one to one sessions.
