My name is Deirdre Coyne and I am passionate about helping people to take control of what they eat, to lose weight if they want to and to feel happier and more contented.

As a Nutritional Life Coach I use many techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to help people just like you take back control.

By helping you shift your mindset and guiding you through the mass of conflicting information about food, we will leave dieting behind.
