Have you ever felt really angry of depressed for no apparent reason; found it hard to manage your weight or how much you drink; lacked self-esteem or self-confidence; or felt unsure about how to break the cycle of feeling depressed?
As a CBT Coach I will work with you to enable you to take back control of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours – take back control of your life.
CBT is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It is an approach to Coaching will help you know what is preventing you from taking control of your life. It will give you the solutions that will allow you to live every day to your full potential.
CBT Coaching takes a holistic approach. Because no two people are the same, and you are unique, your CBT Coaching programme will be individual and personalised.
CBT will help you to:
- Challenge your negative thought patterns; the thoughts that are keeping you from fulfilling your life goals
- Take control of your life and get rid of the belief that you are powerless in making the changes you need to see in your life
- Increase your self-esteem and self-confidence
- Manage those things in your life that seem to be out of control, maybe your weight or even your drinking habits
- Raise your self-awareness so that you have a clearer sense of direction and self-worth
- Learn techniques personal management that will help you to deal with whatever life has to throw at you
Work with Me: One-to-One CBT Coaching
CBT Coaching will provide you with an invaluable, safe space to understand your personal circumstances. This approach will allow us to work together to develop an achievable, personalised action plan.
Our sessions together are all about you and your needs. There is no judgement or bias so you can speak freely and honestly.
You really do have the answers to all your questions and it’s my role as your CBT Coach to help you cut through the noise.
Through guided, purposeful discussion, you’ll identify the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, discover what really motivates you, define your personal vision and work on action-oriented strategies to break down the barriers and move you forward with a renewed sense of purpose, confidence and self-belief.
