CBT is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It is an approach to Coaching will help you know what is preventing you from taking control of your life. It will give you the solutions that will allow you to live every day to your full potential.
CBT Coaching takes a holistic approach. Because no two people are the same, and you are unique, your CBT Coaching programme will be individual and personalised.
I work with clients on a one-to-one basis to understand personal circumstances. Sessions are either face to face or online and are tailored to the individual. This approach will allow us to develop an achievable, personalised action plan.
By identifying the blocks that are in your way and influencing how you feel, what you do and how you react you will achieve the lifestyle you desire, improve your self-esteem and gain a new sense of purpose.
