Together we will explore how to end the emotional rollercoaster that is dieting and finally find the solution to eat freely.

I will introduce the concept of mindfulness for managing and reducing emotional eating, and impart tools, techniques and strategies to take home to begin practicing mindfulness for emotional eating and end the cycle of unhelpful yo-yo dieting.

I’m looking for 20 women who want to lose weight and keep it off (without restrictive dieting or “quick fix” gimmicks).

This one day retreat includes breaks, lunch and finished off with a SPA pass. If you would like to use the spa facilities please do bring your swimming costume.
